All digital products, including ebooks, journals, workbooks, printables, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once access has been provided or the download has been made available.
Tarot & Astrology Readings
Tarot readings, astrology readings, and other intuitive services are personalized and created specifically for each client. Because time, preparation, and creative work begin once an order is accepted, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available for completed readings or readings that are already in progress.
Rescheduling
If your purchase includes a scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests.
